We warmly welcome buyers who wish to visit our production site to directly observe the processing methods and check product availability. Below are the fundamentals of export and import.
MOQ (Minimun Quantity Order)
For the export of green beans abroad, the minimum order is 100 kgs. There is a discount for larger purchases.
Payment System
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) and LC (Letter of Credit) payments.
Order Load Time
We need 1 to 4 weeks to process the order. We start packing after the deposit is paid. The loading time for coffee also depends on the quantity of coffee and the number of incoming orders.
Departure Port
We typically use the following ports for international shipments:
- Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang
- Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta

Yes, we have the basic certificate related to coffee. However, if there are any certificates needed that we do not have yet, we will make an effort to obtain them before the coffee delivery time.
What is certain is that we prioritize sustainable agriculture.
No. Because the price of coffee keeps rising, and we are overwhelmed because many parties are asking for samples, we decided not to give out free coffee samples. But don’t worry, even though the samples are not free, our coffee prices can be compared to others. And of course, the shipping costs overseas are borne by the buyer.
We prioritize advance payment for TT or LC payments; however, you can negotiate with us if it is too burdensome. We can accept a down payment in advance, and the remaining payment must be made when the goods are ready and before shipment. For more details, you can contact us and negotiate with us.
It could be yes or no. The price of coffee is very fluctuating, it can change every week or even every day. We refer to the world coffee price. However, if you buy coffee at Lady Farmer Coffee, the price will be locked after the negotiation process.
