Coffee Bean

Robusta Greenbean

Grown at altitudes of 400 to 1,000 meters above sea level, Robusta beans are known for their strong, bitter flavor. They produce an earthy and nutty aroma. Our Robusta coffee is processed using the natural method. Compared to Arabica, Robusta has a higher caffeine content—about 2.2% to 2.7%—which contributes to its stronger bitter taste.

Arabica Greenbean

Grown at altitudes of 1,000 to 2,000 meters above sea level, Arabica beans deliver a wide range of flavor profiles, including fruity, nutty, and seed-like notes. We process Arabica using both natural and full-wash methods. Arabica coffee typically has a more acidic and fruity taste, with a lower caffeine content of around 1.1% to 1.5%.

Roasted Coffee

In addition to green beans, we also offer roasted coffee for the domestic market. Lady Farmer Coffee provides roasted coffee tailored to local demand. Our skilled and experienced roasting specialists ensure that each roast brings out the best in every coffee bean. Roasting is a critical stage in coffee production—it not only brings out the bitterness but also preserves the authentic flavor profile of each coffee variety. A good roast defines the degree of bean development and enhances the aroma and flavor complexity of the coffee.
